We’re thrilled you chose Dining Rooms Galore — your dining space is about to get an upgrade!

Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve received it and pre-authorized your credit card. We’ll then check with our supplier to confirm availability.

  • If the item is in stock and ready to ship (typically within 5 business days), we’ll finalize your payment and begin preparing your order for shipment.
  • If the item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we’ll void the pre-authorization and reach out to you with an update.

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

Once we confirm your item is in stock and payment is processed, your order will ship within 2–4 business days. When your order leaves the warehouse, tracking information will be emailed to you — typically within 24 hours of shipment.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. This means your item(s) will be delivered to the first accessible area outside your home or business — such as a front porch, mailbox, or building entrance.

  • Inside placement is not included.
  • Smaller items ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground.
  • Large furniture orders that exceed the limit set by small-parcel carriers, will ship via LTL freight carriers for doorstep or curbside delivery, depending on the size and weight of the product.

  • White glove service (includes placement in room of choice, unpacking, and debris removal)

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.
  • Deliveries are only available within the contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations may incur additional shipping fees. If this applies to your address, we’ll contact you before your order ships to review the details.
