🌟 General Return Policy

If you're not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 calendar days from delivery, unless the brand you purchased from has a shorter window.

  • Contact returns@diningroomsgalore.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without authorization are not accepted. No exceptions.
  • You are responsible for return shipping, freight costs, and a $20 processing fee, plus any brand restocking fees.
  • Items must be returned unused, unassembled, with all accessories, and in original packaging.

🛠 Damage, Defects & Missing Parts

  • Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Report visible damage within 24 hours with photos.
  • If your order is delivered by white glove or indoor delivery service and requires a signature, please carefully inspect the packaging and item(s) before signing for it.
    • If you notice any visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt at the time of signing.
    • If the damage appears significant, note it on the invoice and decline the delivery.
  • Defects, missing parts, or concealed damage must be reported within 10 calendar days.
  • We’ll assist with resolution or claims once we receive proper documentation. Images are essential for determining the best resolution and for submitting an insurance claim on your behalf.

🚫 Non‑Returnable / Non- Refundable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Used, assembled, or modified products
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Products not in original packaging
  • White glove or in-home delivery fees

📦 Undeliverable & Missed Deliveries

  • Missed deliveries may incur storage or re-delivery fees based on the freight provider’s policies.
  • If your item is returned, refunds are less a $20 processing fee, to and from shipping or freight costs, and restocking fees.

❌ Wrong Item Received

  • If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can correct it.

🕒 Order Cancellations

  • Cancel within 48 business hours at no charge.
  • After 48 hours: $20 processing fee applies.
  • Email returns@diningroomsgalore.com or call (512) 222‑7678.
  • Cancellation is valid only with written confirmation.

💰 Refunds

  • Issued only after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected at the designated return facility. Because items ship directly from the manufacturer, the return location may vary depending on the brand.
  • Once your return has been received and inspected by the manufacturer or fulfillment partner, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Please note that refunds will not be issued for items received damaged or in unacceptable condition. To protect your return, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days back to original payment method, less any applicable restocking or processing fees.
  • Allow up to 15 business days for bank processing.
  • Defects/missing parts: report within 30 calendar days with photos.
  • Returns: within 7 calendar days, in original boxes, no markings.
  • Non‑defective returns not accepted if used/assembled.
